I couldn’t upload the pumpkin pic, but she’s getting big.

we had a nice trip to columbus for nina’s wedding. got to see some of luke’s relatives that we hadn’t seen in a couple of years. jan took a really good pic of the 5 of us (myself, luke, ben, annie and annie’s fiance, ryan.) i would post it but i seem to have misplaced it. bummer.

i don’t have a “10 years” pic to put up this week. but i’ll tell ya. we still have most of our pots and pans, we just threw away a skillet because the non-stick coating was coming off. we still have our 1st tv, we have our 2nd tv also but it is only 8. we still have a few of our original bath towels, most were chewed up by a dog. a couple of dvd’s are 10. probably alot of our cd’s. i recently cleaned out some old files and found our first phone, electric and gas bills. some camping equipment that we got as wedding gifts that desperatly want to be used. so there ya go.

of course the reasoning behind all this 10 years stuff is that luke’s and my 10th anniversaty is the 17th, next week.

I just went to this website to help get rid of yunkmail. It will take a couple of months to really start to show but hey, it’s worth it if we don’t have a mailbox full of credit card offers that we don’t want.

Yesterday I emptied 2 file crates, consolidated to 1 file box. I have a lawn and garden bag almost filled to the top with papers to be put on a burn pile.
I cleaned up all of my craft and sewing supplies that were everywhere and completely disorganized.
I started 2 more bags of clothes for goodwill. To that will be added cakepans, sandcastle toys and a golf cart.
Now I am going to turn the computer off, open it and blow out the dust, vacuum, dust and put the dog out.

The tv is always on here. Not always watched but on. It drowns out outside noise and Brutus tends to bark less. Lame I know.

I keep seeing a Bank of America commercial with satellite images and this cool song. So I found out who sang the song and downloaded her album and that particular song.
The artist is Antje Duvekot. The album I bought is called Big Dream Boulevard, the song in the commercial is called Merry-Go-Round. This is all I have listened to, musically, this week.
I love it.

THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR ALL THE WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS GIFTS! 

This week with my new , I made two grocery bags  to go with the two we already have. Luke would like me to make a couple of scarlet and grey ones so he doesn’t have to carry hula ducks. I understand. We took down and put away all of our Christmas decorations.  We ate out way too much. This week started a healthy way of eating. I measured Luke’s body fat percentage a couple of weeks ago, it was 4.6%. The average percentage for men is 15-18%. Mine was 29.2% the last time I checked it. It’s a little high. I have started reading The Everything Nutrition book, along with Double Whammy. I finished Nature Girl. Very funny.

Time to start the day.

I broke Luke’s camera this morning, it was more of a joint effort between AJ (Capt. Chaos and myself.) So, I went to Best Buy and replaced it. Thank goodness they had them in stock.

Congrats to the Dolphins for finally winning one.

Just now I called XM to tell them they weren’t charging us enough money. Which stems back to when I cancelled the one we don’t use, seems the person that took care of me then didn’t do something right. Anyway, the girl on the line says, now since you are a valued customer we have a great offer for you. Ok. The offer is a radio for $5.99, regular value somewhere around $90-ish. The whole offer was obviously more, with tax, shipping and a couple of months pre-paid. But still less than the price of the radio. So how’s about them apples.

it’s a star wars kinda day. so while i clean and make more play-d’oh! i will have on star wars 4, 5 and 6.

the play-doh i made last night is currently drying, to be painted after i re-claim the dining room table from christmas gifts and other assorted stuff. i am going to pre color the next batch to make trees and stars and such.
